Can I mix sizes and flavours?
Yes. Every 100 g and 40 g bar counts as one bar towards your tier, in any mix.
Does the box discount add to the 10% website discount?
Yes. The box price drops first, then the 10% website discount comes off the whole cart at checkout.
Can I send the box as a gift?
Yes. In your cart, add a gift message and tick “hide prices”. We deliver to any address you give us.
How long does the chocolate keep?
Each bar keeps for 365 days from production. Store it in a cool, dry place. In the UAE summer, the fridge is best.
What if something arrives damaged?
If a bar arrives damaged, melted or wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours and we refund it in full, delivery included.
