Can I change my bars later?
Yes. Change flavours, sizes and quantities from My account before your next delivery.
When do I pay?
You pay for the first delivery at checkout. Each later delivery is charged when it is prepared, and we email you 3 days before so you can skip or change it.
How do I skip, pause or cancel?
In My account, under Subscriptions. Skipping moves the next delivery by one cycle. Pausing stops deliveries until you resume. Cancelling takes two taps and has no fee.
Does the 10% website discount still apply?
Yes. The subscription price comes first, then the 10% website discount is taken off at checkout.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Use the recipient’s address at checkout and add a gift message. You can stop it whenever you want.
