dubellochocolate.com is run by Legendary Ventures General Trading LLC, 10th Floor, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what we collect when you visit or buy, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and what you ordered.
- Payments: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled by our payment provider (WooPayments, powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- How the site is used: pages visited, device and approximate location, through cookies, Google Analytics and Jetpack site statistics.
Why we use it
- To deliver your order and keep you updated about it.
- To answer your questions.
- To send our newsletter (see below).
- To understand how the site is used and make it better.
- To keep the records UAE law requires for accounting and tax.
Newsletter
When you place an order and give your email, we add you to the Dubello newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the shop: delivery partners, our payment provider, our website and email host, and Google Analytics. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as UAE law requires for accounting and tax. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
