  • Subscriptions repeat until you skip, pause or cancel them.
  • If an order arrives damaged, melted or wrong, we refund you.

These terms apply when you buy from dubellochocolate.com. The shop is run by Legendary Ventures General Trading LLC, 10th Floor, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Orders

  • Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
  • If a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, we tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
  • The total, including any delivery fee, is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Our products

Ingredients and allergen information are printed on the back of every pack. Please read them before eating, especially if you have a food allergy. Store chocolate in a cool, dry place, away from direct sun. Photos are a guide and the product may look slightly different.

The Dubello name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Legendary Ventures General Trading LLC. Please do not copy them without our permission.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by events outside our control, such as storms, floods and other natural disasters, war, or government restrictions. If this happens, we let you know as soon as we can, and if we cannot deliver your order we refund you in full.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
