The short version
Shipping policy
- Next-day delivery across the UAE.
- Free over AED 100, AED 15 below.
- Outside the UAE: AED 200 per order, up to 10 days (14 at most).

Delivery in the UAE
- Next-day delivery anywhere in the UAE.
- Free delivery on orders over AED 100. Below AED 100, delivery is AED 15.
Delivery outside the UAE
- A flat AED 200 per order (about USD 54), added at checkout when you choose your country.
- Delivery takes up to 10 days, and 14 days at the most.
- For a very large order, or if international delivery rates change, we may contact you before we ship to confirm the cost.
- Any customs charges in your country are paid by the receiver.
Delays we cannot control
If a storm, flood, war or any other event outside our control delays your delivery, we let you know as soon as we can. If we cannot deliver your order at all, we refund you in full.

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, melted or wrong, see our Refund and Returns page.
