How fast is delivery in the UAE?
Next-day delivery across the UAE: order today and it arrives tomorrow.
How much does delivery cost?
Free on orders over AED 100. Below that, UAE delivery is AED 15. Our combos (Pistachio Trio, Date Trio and The Mix) always ship free. You see the exact amount in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries. International delivery is a flat AED 280 per order (about USD 76), added at checkout when you choose your country. It takes up to 10 days, and 14 days at the most. We send tracking as soon as it ships.
For a very large order, or if international rates change, we may contact you before we ship to confirm the delivery cost.
Import rules for food differ by country. Any customs charges are paid by the receiver.
Will my chocolate melt on the way?
If it arrives melted, send us a photo within 48 hours and we refund you, delivery included.
When it arrives, put it somewhere cool. In summer the fridge is best; take it out 10 minutes before eating.
Can I send it to someone else as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and write your gift message in the order note at the end of checkout.
Returns and refunds
My order arrived damaged, melted or wrong. What now?
Sorry about that. Send a photo of the item and the packaging, with your order number, within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp (+971 58 525 4813) or to [email protected]. We refund the full amount, delivery included.
Can I return chocolate I didn’t like?
We can’t accept change-of-mind returns. Chocolate is food, and once it has left us we can’t sell it again. If something is wrong with your order, we put it right.
How long does a refund take?
We refund to the way you paid, as soon as we approve it. For cash on delivery orders we arrange the refund with you directly.
What should I send with my claim?
Your order number, a clear photo of the bar and one of the outer packaging. That is all we need.
The bars
What is in each bar?
Dubai Chocolate: Belgian milk chocolate (42% cocoa) filled with pistachio cream and crispy kunafah.
Date Chocolate: dark chocolate (55% cocoa) filled with Medjool dates.
Both are generously filled: 55% filling and 45% chocolate. The full ingredient list is on each product page and on the pack.
What allergens do they contain?
Pistachio bar: contains milk, pistachio, soy and wheat. May contain other tree nuts.
Date bar: contains soy. May contain milk, wheat and tree nuts.
If you have a severe allergy, please read the pack before eating.
How long does it keep, and how should I store it?
Shelf life is 365 days from production; the best-before date is on the pack. Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from sun and heat. In the UAE summer, keep it in the fridge and take it out 10 minutes before eating.
What sizes are there?
A 100 g bar of 4 pieces and a 40 g snack bar, in both flavours. The 100 g pack measures 14.3 × 9.8 × 2.4 cm.
Where is Dubello made?
Dubello was born in Dubai and is made in the Emirates with Belgian chocolate.
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & save work?
Choose your bars and how often you want them: every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. Every delivery is 15% off, on top of the 10% website discount. Start a subscription.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes, any time, in My account. Changes made before we prepare your next order apply to that order. We email you 3 days before each delivery. There is no minimum number of deliveries.
Can I change flavours or quantities?
Yes. Swap pistachio for date, change sizes or add bars in My account before your next order is prepared.
When do I pay for each delivery?
Every delivery is its own order, made on your schedule. With cash on delivery you pay when it arrives. With a card, we email you a secure link to pay for that delivery before we send it.
Payments and discounts
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash on delivery in the UAE. Tabby and Tamara are coming soon.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, for delivery addresses in the UAE. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives. It is not available for international orders.
Can I pay in 4 with Tabby or Tamara?
Coming soon. When Tabby and Tamara are live, you will see them at checkout and can split your total into 4 payments. Until then, pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery.
What discounts are there?
10% off every website order, taken off automatically in your cart. No code needed.
20% off your first order when you sign up with your phone and email. Your code shows right away and we email it to you. On that order the 20% replaces the 10% website discount; the two do not add up.
Is paying on the website safe?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled by WooPayments over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
Corporate gifts and bulk orders
Do you do corporate gifts and co-branded bars?
Yes: gifts for teams, clients and events, and co-branded bars with your brand next to ours. Tell us what you need on the corporate page.
What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum for ready-made gifts. Co-branded bars need a minimum quantity, which we confirm with your quote.
How much notice do you need?
Ready-made gifts can go out fast, often the next day in the UAE. Co-branded bars take longer because the sleeves are printed for you; we confirm the timing with your quote.
